Royal Mail has confirmed that there may be issues with certain deliveries to addresses in Richmond today.

Royal Mail is a business that provides postal and delivery services six days a week to homes across the United Kingdom.

In a small number of local offices, this may temporarily not be possible due to local issues such as high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local factors.

The Royal Mail website states that customers living in Richmond Upon Thames, with the postcodes TW9, and TW10, could be impacted by this today (December 7).

In these cases, Royal Mail rotates deliveries to minimise the delay to individual customers.

The British postal service is providing targeted support to the Richmond office to address their challenges and restore their service to the high standard.
