An admin worker has been given the opportunity to become a TV news reporter.
Hetty Ashiagbor, 24, from Battersea, along with five other reporters, will join the new series of London360 on the Community Channel.
She said: "Although I had gained previous experience in television and radio, I had never been trained. I was working full-time in an admin role, so I am really thrilled that I have this opportunity to be a London360 reporter."
Reporters will produce and present their own episodes and will focus on giving fresh view point on the area they live in.
Community Channel is funded by the Big Lottery Fund and London360 is supported by City Bridge Trust, the Green Bottle Trust, Tennyson Insurance and the Jack Petchey Foundation.
